"And so, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against any one; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. And beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.........COLOSSIANS 3: 12-15

Recipes

So.....I love to cook. Nothing grand or gourmet, but mostly fun healthy food. Creating wonderful recipes is the best in the summer when the garden is producing vegetables and the Farmer's Markets are open early on Saturday mornings.

This is our fun new summer dish.....You can really use any vegetables you want

Grilled Fresh Vegetables served on Angel Hair Pasta

You have to use fresh Garlic !! A MUST
!!

And I love the little Patty Pam squashes that you can get this time of the year....I love the name too.....just fun ! Fresh Tomatoes are also a must ! Then chop up any other fun vegetable. I add zuccinni , egg plant, green pepper and lots of fresh Basil

Drizzle with Olive Oil and add the fresh garlic. Saute all of this on the grill, using a grill friendly pan or heavy duty foil.........then serve it over Angel Hair pasta...Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper as desired....Yummy
